WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: -
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by
the above named Plaintiff against the above named defendants
on the ~_L_~ day of February, 1980, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 20 and 21, Block 14, SUNLAND GARDENS, as per
plat thereof on .file in Plat Book 8, page 32 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose
that certain indenture of mortgage dated January 14, 1974,
from-Jim Powell and-Florencia Powell, his wife, to First Federal
. Savings. and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which said indenture
of mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 222 at page 2696 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will, therefore, govern yourselves accordingly.
