KNOW ALL MEN $Y THESE PRESENTS, that Security Federal Savings and Loart Association of Indian River
i:ounty, a corporation under the laws of the United Sates of America, the o~ ~xr of a certain mortgage given by
Allen R. Osteen and Joy N. Osteen, his wife dated December 26 19 73 ,and recorded
in the public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, in Official Record Book 222 on page

has rrceived full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage
in and to the premises dsscribed therein,- and doth hereby direct the Clerck of the Circuit Court of the aforesaid County
to cancel the same of -record.
