PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, executed the 28th day of February, 1980, between
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY-, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
ANNA RUTH WILDER, Deceased, party of the first part, and ANNE WILDER, party
of the second part, whose address is 1705 York Court, Fort Pierce,'Florida,
33450;
WITNESSETH
The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of X10.00
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as:
Lot 6, Block 5, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file~in Plat Book 11, at Page
6, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the .party of
-the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in
and about this conveyance the laws of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
