contained shall prohibit any of the Owners other than Operator from partici-
pating in- any such hearing or proceedings in his or in its own behalf and
at his or its own cost and expense. Provided, further, subject matters of
the hearings effect all Owners equally.
D. All notices, reports and correspondence permitted or required to be
given to Owner or to Operator hereunder, except as otherwise specifically-
provided herein, shall be given in writing by United States Mail or by tele-
gram, postage or charges prepaid, addressed to Owner at the address listed
under the signature hereto of Owner, and to Operator, with a courtesy copy to
Joe L. Davis, Jr., P.O. Box 1149, Wauchula, Florida 33873~,~and.D. K. Richardson,
P.O. Box 370, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. Owner may change his or its address
by appropriate written notice to Operator, and Operator may change its address
by appropriate written notice to all Owners.
E. Each party agrees to perform any further acts and execute and
deliver any documents which may be reasonably necessary to carry out the
provisions of this Agreement.
F. This Agreement may not be changed, altered or terminated, in whole
Operator
or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Q~tetax and all of
~ the then Owners.

~ G. Either the Operator on the one hand, or the Owners of a majority
of the acres comprising Blocks 1 through 38, on the other hand, may cancel
~ this Agreement by giving the other party one (1) year's notice of the can-
cellation which cannot occur before December 1, 1981. Any cancellation
by the majority Owners of the blocks shall constitute a cancellation as
to all of the Owners of ali of said acres in those blocks. The cancellation
shall terminate the Operator's management and supervision of the acres and its
marketing and sale of the citrus within those blocks but shall not terminate
the provisions of this Agreement pertaining to the Common Property, including
the maintenance of the Common Property for the common benefit of all of the
Owners of the property within the plat of Indrio Groves. If the termination is
made by the Operator or agreed to by all of the Owners of all of the property
~ within the plat of Indrio Groves, then each Owner will either agree to an agree-
