}does herewith bargain, sell, transfer, assign and convey to `

;the rights of INDRIO GROVES, INC., in and to the 12,000 gallon
~~per minute 23" electric motor driven couch propelled pump
;together with gates and wench which is installed at the entrance
l~of Minute Maid Canal into Canal C-25. ' .
By acceptance of this assignment, R. D. GROPE ENTER-
':;PRISES, INC., does herewith assume all of the obligations of ~ .

~INDRIO GROVES, INC., in the proportions and percentages as set.
forth in that agreement and does herewith agree to abide by the
''terfis of that agreement as fully and completely as if it had '
'been named in that agreement in lieu of INDRIO GROVES, INC., a i

R. D. GROVE ENTERPRISES, INC., accepts this assignment

as nominee for the present and all future owners of any land
encompassed within the plat of Indrio Groves.
