The petition of HARNESS G. ENNS-for the appointment
' of a guardian of the person and property of Helen S. Erns,
caminq on this day to be heard and it appearing to the court
that said person is incompetent because of chronic brain
syndrome and cerebral arteriosclerosis , and
that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and
the court having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it
is.
ADJUDGED that HARKLESS G. BNNS is hereby appointed
as guardian of the .person and property of Helen S. Erns,
incompetent . -
