FOREIGN WILL TO RECORD
The petition of William She1bX Spellman ,
alleges:
1. HELEN KATHRYN SPELLMAN, formerly HELEN KATHRYN
ALLISON, late of Fayette County, Pennsylvania, died on March 25,
1979, leaving a last will dated October 10, 1978, which was duly
proved and admitted to probate and recorded in the Orphan's Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas in and for the County of
Fayette, State of Pennsylvania, a court of probate jurisdiction,
on March 30, 1979.
2. WILLIAM SHELBY SPELLMAN and GERALD ALLISON SPELLMAN
were granted letters of administration in the domiciliary t
proceeding on March 25, 1979, and were discharged on
~ October 9, 1979 •
3. There has been no proceeding to administer the estate
of the decedent in the State of Florida.
.4. The will complies with the laws of Florida as to form
and manner of execution and devises real property in this county.
5. Duly authenticated copies of the will, the petition
for probate, the order admitting the will to probate, letters of
administration and the part of the domiciliary record that shows
the names of the devisees under the will are filed with this
petition. The devisees are:
