8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of the decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
9. An authenticated copy of the decedent's will probated
in the Probate Court for the County of York, Pennsylvania accompanies
this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that Virginia H. McCoy be appointed Personal Represen-
tative of the Florida estate of the decedent. -
OATH
1. That she is the person who has been appointed Per-
sonal Representative of the estate of RAYMOND G. HALL, deceased.
2. That she will faithfully administer the estate of the
decedent according to law.
3. That her place of residence is 28 Center Street,
Glen Rock, Pennsylvania 17327 and her post office address is 28
Center Street, Glen Rock, Pennsylvania 17327.
4. That she hereby designates FRANK J. LYNCH, JR., Attorney

Box 4027, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 as her agent or attorney for
r service of process in any action against her in her representative
capacity, or personally, if such personal action accrued in the admin-
