LUCIE -COUNTY, -FLORIDA CASE N0. 73-237 C.P. IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF - CLARA H. CONNELLY • P E T I T I O N -Come now Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Florida and Mable C. Dillon, Guardians of the property and-person respectively -of Clara H. Connelly, ward, by and through their undersigned attorney, and file this their Petition and allege: 1. That on August 3, 1973 your Petitioners were appointed as Guardian of the property and Guardian of the person of said ward. 2. The ward has been a patient in Easter Manor Nursing Home since November of 1972; that the ward is in such physical and mental state that there is no possibility of said ward being re- leased. ~ 3. The sole assets of the ward as of January 4, 1980 f consist of $1,369.58 deposited in the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Florida. 4. The ward receives a monthly income of $247.40 from social security and $160.43 from the New York Employees' Retire- ment System; that said ward has no other assets. 5. .That Mable C. Dillon, Guardian of the person of said ward, has applied for medicaid benefits to help defray the expenses for the ward at Easter Manor Nursing Home. 6. The Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Florida desires to be relieved and released as Guardian of the property of said ward as the assets of the ward are not of a sufficient amount for said - •Guardian to continue in the capacity of Guardian of the property of said ward. - ERROL S.
