Dillon be appointed as Guardian of the property, as well as Guardian of the person of the ward and that after such appointment that the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County as Guardian of the property of such ward, be authorized to transfer ' over to Mable C.-Dillon as Guardian of the person and of the property of the ward, all assets or funds it has on deposit and then be released as Guardian of the property of said ward. 8. That Mable C. Dillon, Guardian of the person. of said Ward, is willing to serve as Guardian of both the person and property of said ward. 9. The ward is in poor mental and physical condition and . it is necessary for the Guardian to retain monies or set aside .funds for burial expenses pertaining to said ward and costs. WHEREFORE it is prayed that an Order be entered as follows: (a). That Mable C. Dillon be appointed as Guardian of I the person and property of said Ward; to serve without bond; (b) That Sun Bank of St. Lucie County be directed to I pay over to Mable C. Dillon as Guardian of the Ward all assets or funds it now holds and are on deposit in the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Florida; (c) That Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Florida be per- mitted to withdraw as Guardian of the property of the Ward and relieved from further responsibility; (d) That Mable C. Dillon as Guardian of the person and property of the Ward, be permitted to set aside sufficient ~ funds for the burial of the Ward; i k ERROLJS.
