IN RE THE GUARDIANSHIP OF '
CLARA H. CONNELLY
• O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Petition of
Sun Bank of St. Lucie County and Mable C. Dillon, Guardians of
the person and property of Clara H. Connelly, and it appearing
to the Court that the Ward is confined to Easter Manor Nursing
Home in Ft. Pierce, Florida and the prognosis is that she will
never leave said nursing home during her lifetime, and it further
appearing to the Court that assets of the Ward have been depeted
to an amount of $1,369..59, that the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County
desires to be removed and relieved as Guardian of the property of
said Ward and that Mable C. Dillon is willing to serve as both
Guardian of the ro ert and
p p y person of said Ward; that the Sun
Bank of St. Lucie County desires to turn over to Mable C. Dillon,
Guardian, all of the assets of the Ward now in its possession;
that Mable C. Dillon as Guardian desires .to set aside funds for `
the burial of said Ward; and the Court being fully advised in the j•

premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Guardian, shall -
forthwith deliver to Mable C. Dillon as Guardian all of the assets
v now in its possession and being held for the benefit of said Ward.
2. That Mable C. Dillon be and she is hereby appointed
Guardian of the property and person of the Ward, Clara H. Connelly.
