distance of 1143.15 feet; thence run North, parallel with
the East line of said Section 35, a distance of 1143.15
feet, to the North line of said Section 35; thence run East,
along the said North line of Section 35, a distance of
1143.15 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 30
acres, more or less, all lying and being in Section 35,
