T 0 THE PUBLIC AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida under the authority
of Article II, Section 14, Sub-section 17 of the City Charter adopted Resolution
Numbez 78-30, April 17, 1978; Resolution Number 78-31, May 1, 1978; Resolution
Number 78-50, August 21, 1978; Resolution Number 78-65, October 30, 1978; Resolution
Number 78-58, October 30, 1978; Resolution Number 78-73, November 20, 1978; Resolution
Number 78-84, December 18, 1978; Resolution Number 79-8, February 20, 1979; Resolution
Number 79-12, March 5, 1979; Resolution Number 79-22, April 16, 1979; Resolution Number
79-26, May 8, 1979; and Resolution Number 79-32, June~4, 1979 approving and authorizing
the clearing of property described herein, and did authorize the amount of the bill
for the clearing of said property to be placed as a lien on said property.
THEREFORE, the City of Fort Pierce, embraces, claims and holds a lien on
