by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of December , A.D. 1978 ,
and reotxded in the offico of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie -
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 301 ,Page 2006 ,mortgaged unto
GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION, a New York Corporation and assigns,
mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly desuibed, to secure the payment of the sum of
TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/100----------------- Dollars,
with interest as therein. mentioned: TOGETHER WITH Assignment of -Rents given by Holiday Pines,
a Florida General Partnership, to General Electric Credit Corporation, dated Decembe 28,
1978, in 0. R. Book 301, page 2017, and Financing Statement dated- December 28, 1978
in O. R. Book 301, page 2022, Public Records of St. Lucie County, i•~:.rida
AND WHEREAS, the said Holiday Pines, a Florida General Partnership
requested the said General Electric Credit Corporation to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said General Electric Credit Corporation
as well in consideration of the premises as of,the sum of
