by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of December , A.D. 1978 ,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and For the County of St. Lucie ,
State of Ftorlda, in OFfiaal Records Book 301 - ,Page 2006 ,mortgaged unto
GENERAL ELECTRIC CREpIT CORPORATION, a New York Corporation and assigns,
mortgagee ,the premises (herein particularly described, to. secure the payment of the sum of ~

with interest as therein mentioned: TOGETHER WITH Assignment of Rents given by Holiday Pines,

1978, in O. R. Book 301, page 2017, and Financing Statement dated December 28, 1978
in 0. R. Book 301, page 2022, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
