E A S E M E N T _
iT IS HEREBY AGREED that EARL V. EBNER, hereinafter called
"Grantor", for the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration,
does grant, sell and convey unto JACK R. STYZA, hereinafter called
"Grantee", an easement upon and across the following described property
of the Grantor:
The East 10 feet of the West 710 feet of the South
10 feet of the North 200 feet, of Lot 181, MARAViLLA
GARDENS, UNIT THREE (3), as per the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 6, Paqe 62, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The easement, rights and privileges granted herein shall be used
only for the purpose of servicing and maintaining the electric meter
bank which presently rests upon this parcel. The easement, rights and
•privileges granted herein shall exist for so long as the Grantee shall
own and operate a mobile home park that depends upon or is serviced by -
the electric meter bank hereinabove mentioned. The Grantor hereby
binds himself, his heirs and legal representatives, to warrant and
forever defend the above described easement and rights unto the Grantee,
his successors and assigns, and against every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming the same or any part thereof. -
The easement, rights and privileges granted herein are exclusive
and the Grantor covenants that he will not convey any other easement
or conflicting rights within the area covered by this grant.
This instrument shall be binding on and shall inure to the
benefit of the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns
of the parties hereo. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor had signed and sealed
