after the thirty (30) days. allowed under the rules and the
Court having heard argument of counsel and determining that
no prejudice to the Plaintiff would exist to allow the answers
to stand, it is upon consideration

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike Response

to Request for Admissions served by the Defendant, City of

Fort Pierce, on June 14, 1979, be and the same is hereby
I
denied and said answers shall stand as an amendment in
E accordance with Rule 1.370(b). '
