Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATIONS AND AD1?iISSIONS: That the Plaintiff
is eligible to receive PIP Benefits in the full amount of `?er
medical expenses. The occurrence of an accident at the time
and place alleged in the Complaint. That CARRIE REID was the
operator of one vehicle involved. That ED4JARD KELLY was the
operator of the other vehicle involved, which vehicle was
owned by his wife, BONNIE KELLY. ALLSTATE INSURANCE COItiiPANY
h~3d in force and effect, on the date of such accident, a policy of
insurance, insuring BONNIE: and EDWARD KELLY.
2. EVIDENCE: Docuementary and other evidence listed
and presented at the pre-trial conference shall be admitted into
evidence *~~ithout objection as to authenticity or proper foundation.
All objections as to relevancy and materiality are reserved.
Further, the Plaintiff shall not have to establish the reasonable,
Hess of any medical bills, tliouyh a~eessity remains in issue.
3. OTHL•"It PROVISIONS: Any additional witnesses may
be added to the pre-trial statement and the name of such new
e•~itness shall be given to opposing counsel with other pertinent
