ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
This cause coming on the Petition of CHARLES W. GOODWI~N
and HARTFORD INSURANCE COMPANY for Court approval of settle-
ment and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
' 1. The settlement whereby the above Defendants agree to
pay $8,100.00 for full release of all claims against them by
the Plaintiff, GROVER MAE DOZIER, individually and as per-
sonal representative of the estate of CHARLIE BACON, deceased,
is hereby approved. _

2. GROVER MAE DOZIER is authorized to execute releases
on behalf of herself, individually and as personal represen-

( tative of the estate of CHARLIE BACON, deceased, for any and
all survivors of CHARLIE BACON, deceased.
