This cause came on to be heard upon Defendant's Motion
to Dismiss. The Court, having heard argument by counsel for
both parties and being fully advised does hereby
ORDER that counsel for the Plaintiff shall have 30 days
to submit a memorandum of law concerning the legal- sufficiency
of the trust agreement as a conveyance of the real property.
The Defendant shall have 30 days to respond.
