THIS CAUSE COMING on this day tq be heard upon the Motion -
filed jointly by the Plaintiffs and the owners of Parcel No. 183
and it appearing to the Court from-said Motion that the Defendants
Charles J. Baker, JX. and. Kathleen T, Baker,hat~e an in*_eres-t in the
property described as Parcel No. 183 and that they are the present
owners of said property and have agreed to the entry of a Judgment
and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Charles J. Baker, Jr. and Kathleen T. Baker do hav e

and recover from the Plaintiffs the sum of $750.00 in full payment

for the property taken and any resulting damages to contiguous property.

- 2. That the Plaintiff, Division of Administration, State of
Florida Department of Transportation is hereby directed to pay the

sum of $750.00 to Charles J. Baker, Jr. and Kathleen T. Baker, less
the draw down of $297.00 previously paid by order of this Court dated
November 21, 1975.
3. That upon payment of the aforesaid sum by the Plaintiff,
the title to the following described property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit: -
