be vested in the Plaintiffs pursuant to the Order of Taking and
deposit of money heretofor made and is hereby approved, ratified and
confirmed. -
4. That-the Defendants, Charles J. Baker, Jr. and Kathleen
T. Baker have been represented in this action by Spencer B. Gilbert,
an attorney of this city and the Court hereby finds and determines
that he is entitled to a reasonable attorney's fee for his represen-
tation of the Defendants, Charles J. Baker, Jr. and Kathleen T. Baker.
5. The Court hereby determines that a sum of $400.00 is a
reasonable attorney`s fee for the services of Spencer B. Gilbert
and the Plaintiff, Department of Administration, State of Florida
Department of Transportation is hereby directed to pay said sum
directly to said attorney.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
