KNOW All ME~I BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce; a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certrin mortgage given by James L . Peterson and
Euretha Peterson, his wife _
dated 12th Apri 1 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O:R. Book 285 on page
1488 .securing the payment of the sum of Six thousand and NO/100----------------------------
Dollars (S 6,000.00 )
covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Assotiaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Vice President
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 25th day of February , 1980
