ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 25th day of
February, 1980 on the Wife's Motion for Rehearing and the
Wife being represented by J. Michael Brennan, Esq., and the
Husband representing himself, and the Court having heard-the
arguments of the parties, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premiss, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Wife's Motion for Rehearing
is hereby denied, it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Husband shall make payments
on the arrears of $1,497.50 at $50.00 per month as per the
Order entered on August 26, 1977 by Judge Philip G. Nourse.
