ORDER ~
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on February 22, 1980, upon the
wife's motion for contempt and notice of hearing, and upon both parties
appearing in court, and upon the taking of testimony from the parties,
and upon the court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The court finds that there has been no willful contempt in
this case.
2. The court further finds that as of February 22, 1980, the
husband is $2,115.00 in arrears on his child support payments which
were ordered in the final judgment entered in this cause.

3. The husband is hereby ordered and directed to pay all child
~ support payments pursuant to the terms of the final judgment entered
in this cause. In addition., the husband shall accompany his weekly
child support payment of $20.00 with an additional sum of $5.00 per
week toward the arrearage as set out herein. All such payments shall
. be made through the offices of the clerk of this court pursuant to
the terms of the final judgment entered herein.
4. The husband shall pay the wife's attorney the sum of
$75.00 as his reasonable attorney's fee for the services performed
herein. Said payment shall be made within two months of the date of
this order. The tnustx-ind agrees to pay the wife's costs in the atnowit of $12.00.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
