by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 1 8tday of May A.D.19 79, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in Official Record Book 30 8 Page 39 5 granted and conveyed
unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION and assigns, the premises
therein particularly described. to secure the payment of the sum of
Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand and NO/100--($275,000.00)--COLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:
