1~' SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MBN BY THESE PRESENTS, that STANLEY H. SCHWARTZ,
TRUSTEE, the owner and holder of that certain mortgage and the
. indebtedness secured thereby, executed by D. R, Richardson,.
Marjorie H. Richardson and Davis Enterprises, Inc., a Florida
corporation, in the amount of $325,000.00, under date of November 30,
1979, recorded in O. R. Book 321 at page 730-733 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering real property situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
' Parcel I: Blocks 39 through 90, inclusive, of INDRIO
GROVES, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 48, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
Parcel II: An undivided 52/90ths interest in and to:
The NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 25 and the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4,-the NW 1/4~of the SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, all in Township 34 South, _
-Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
and other property as more particularly described
in said mortgage
At the request of the said Mortgagors, and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations
inuring to the undersigned from THE FEDERAL LAND BANK OF COLUMBIA,
the said Stanley H. Schwartz, Trustee, does hereby subordinate
said mortgage to the lien and operation of those certain mortgages,
and the indebtednesses secured thereby, executed by D. K. Richardson
~ and Marjorie H. Richardson to THE FEDERAL LAND BANK OF COLUMBIA,
~ under date of February 1980, recorded in O. R. Book 3.2 6
at page O of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
securing the sum of $880,000.00, and encumbering a part of the
above described property, and executed by Davis Enterprises, Inc.,

a Florida corporation, to THE FEDERAL LAUD BANK OF COLUMBIA,
