as if said mortgages had been dated and filed for public
record prior to and in advance ~of the mortgage held by the

undersigned which is hereby subordinated. ~
IN CONSIDERATION of the grant of request of D. K. Richardson,
Marjorie H. Richardson and Davis Enterprises, Inc., a Florida
corporation, and the receipt of benefits hereunder, said mortgagors
covenant and agree with the undersigned that any default under
• either of the above mortgages to The Federal Land Bank of Columbia,
made superior hereby, shall similarly constitute a default under
the mortgage held by the undersigned, entitling the undersigned,
his successors or assigns, to accelerate the indebtedness secured ;
by said mortgage and to foreclose the same.
