Book 276, page 2902, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which
mortgage the grantees herein agree to assume and pay.
Subject-to a mortgage in the amount of $10,043.24 given by Kenneth L. Jason to
-Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, dated August 23, 1979, filed August 24, 1979, in
O. R. Book 315, page 641, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
