ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE having come on before me to be heard this
29th day of February, 1980, upon the petition of the Wife
for temporary relief, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife is hereby granted temporary
custody of. the minor child of the parties, JOSHUA RICHARD
HARRIS.

2. That the Husband is hereby restrained from harrassing,

>anolesting, annoying or in any way interfering with the Wife.
3. That the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida,.is
hereby directed to enforce the provisions of -this Order.
