BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FRANK H. FEE, III, who, being first duly sworn by me, says
on oath that he .is attorney and agent in this behalf for
the leenor herein, EAST COAST LUMBER ~ SUPPLY COMPANY, a
Florida corporation, P. O. Box 790, Port Pierce, Florida t
33450, and that in pursuance of oral contracts now fully
executed with the following:

said lienor furnished the following:
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies.
for the construction of improvements situate on the real
property described as follows:
The Southerly 125 feet, as measured along the Easterly right
of way of U.S. Highway #l, of the following described property:
From the Southeast corner of Section 22 run North on East
section line 2,385.78 feet, thence West parallel to South.
section line 1,135.81 feet to point of beginning; thence con-
tinue West 350 feet to the East right of way of U.S. Highway _
#l;-thence run Northwesterly along right of way 615 feet;
thence run East parallel to North section line 350 feet; thence
Southeasterly parallel to East right of way of U.S. Highway #1
614.90 feet to point of beginning, Section 22, Township 36
South, Range 40 East;
said real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and owned by Luis A. Cata and Louis Noa, both married adults.
Said materials were of a total value of $1,303.09, including
. finance charges, of which there remains unpaid $1,303:09.
The first of said materials were furnished on November 1,
1979 and the last of same on December 13, 1979. A Notice
to Owner in proper form has been duly served and was received
on November 27, 1979, and the lienor has otherwise properly
complied with all provisions of Chapter 713, Florida Statutes.
