pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee
in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally-waives
all benefit`of homestead and exemption under the constitution and
laws of each.State of the United States, as against this obligation r
or any extension or renewal hereof.
In the event of the demise of both JAMES C. KINSER and ELTA
M. KINSER, his wife, then said payments shall continue to be paid
• into the estate of the survivor of them.
This obligation is secured by an insurance policy on the life
of nANIEL B. KINSER written by Continental Assurance Company policy
number in the amount of ten thousand dollars($10,000.00)
Failure to maintain said insurance policy in force by making proper
payments to Continental Assurance Company or changing the beneficiary
of the policy from JAMES C. KINSER and ELTA M. KINSER, his wife, shall
constitute a default of this note the same as non-payment. Only the-
defaults set out here shall be grounds for demanding full payment of
the note.
The holders of this note grant to DANIEL B. KINSER a grace period
