BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Claudia G. Coyne, who upon being duly sworn by me, says:
1. That she is a general partner in the Florida General
Partnership known as Partnership Properties.
2. That the names and the interests of all of the partners
of Partnership Properties, a Florida General Partnership as of
this date are as follows:

to the Partnership Agreement of Partnership Properties and by
meeting held by the Partnership on February 21, 1980, to mortgage
land owned by the Partnership in favor of Stanley Wilson, as to
3/4 interest and Robert Distefano, as to 1/4 interest.
