PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned petitioner alleges: -
1. Petitioner's residence is 204 North 18th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida,- and Petitioner's post office address is
Suite 204, Citizens Federal Building, 8410_South Federal
Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
2. GERTRUDE ELVIDGE is an incompetent, whose date of
birth was March 21, 1898, and whose age is 8~ ~ whose social
security number is 182-26-2506, The residence of the incompetent
is 1713 South 17th Circle ~A, Fort Pierce, Florida and the post
office address is the same.
3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is
organic brain syndrome as adjudged by the Circuit Court in

St. Lucie County, Florida, on February 28, 1980.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the person and
property be appointed for the incompetent.
5. The-approximate value and description of the
incompetent's property are: Miscellaneous costume jewelry with
a value of approximately $10.00 and a bank account at-Sun Bank
of St. Lucie County, Account Number 1444247, with an approximate
balance of $675.00.
6. The incompetent has no relatives.

8. Petitioner is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and is otherwise qualified under the laws of Florida to act as
a guardian of the incompetent, but is not entitled to preference. ~
