ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of N. RICHARD SCHOPP for the appointment
of a guardian of the person and property of GERTRUDE ELVIDGE,
coming on this date to be heard and it appearing to said
Court that said person is incompetent because of organic brain
syndrome and that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed;
and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it
is
ADJUDGED that N. RICHARD SCHOPP is hereby appointed as
guardian of the person and property of GERTRUDE ELVIDGE,
II incompetent. -
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said N. RICHARD SCHOPP is required
~ to file a bond in the amount of $ SOO. OG payable to
~ the Governor of the State of Florida and to his successors in
office, conditioned on the faithful performance of all duties
- by the guardian, according to law.
