as surviving spouse and sole beneficiary of the decedent.
Petitioner's name and address are Gloria H. Rooks, 1217 Boston
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450; and the name and address
of petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, REGINALD D. ROOKS, whose last known-
address was 1217 Boston Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, died
on December 6, 1979 at Lawnwood Medical Center, Fort Pierce,.
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie

County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the bole beneficiary

of this estate, who is over 18 years of age, her address
