7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph
a. -
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
December 8, 1978, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that she be appointed personal representative
of the Florida estate of the decedent, to serve without bond.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have -
read the foregoing and the facts alleged-are true, to the
best of my knowledge and belief. -
