THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 26th day of
February, 1980, by and between GENERAL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATfON, a Delaware corporation, authorized to do business in the
State of Florida, hereinafter called "Grantor", and LUCY SPIELMAN, ESTHER
ROSKO, and JOHN S. WEATHERS and SARAH B. WEATHERS, his wife, their heirs,
personal representatives and assigns, c/o P.O. Box 1445, Kissimmee,
Florida, 32741, hereinafter collectively called "Grantees";
" WHEREAS, Grantor is seized in fee simple and in possession of the
lands lying in Section 2, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, and that particular portion thereof hereinafter described,
and
WHEREAS GRANTEES are seized in fee simple of parcels of land contiguous
to the land of Grantor, and.
WHEREAS, Grantees and their predecessors in titre over the past
thirty years or more have gained access to the lands of Grantees over the
lands of Grantor and its predecessors in title, and
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed, in consideration of the sum of $10.00
and other good and valuable consideration, to grant to Grantees and all
