LUCIE UNIT FIFTEEN as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 42 of'the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence; N 23°15'05"•W along the centerline prolongation of HIDEWAY CIRCLE, 75.00 feet to the Northerly Right of Way line of 1rQDPORT DRIVE and the POINT OF BEGINNING of~the following described center- line of a 50.00 foot wide access road, thence; NorthwCstcrly 47.93 feet along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 121.11 feet and a central angle of 22°41'21", thence; N 0°33'44"W, 654.91 feet to the termination of said described centerline of 50.00 foot wide access road. Thence; continue with said 50' wide access road Westerly and Northerly along the Southerly and Westerly property lines of the N } Lot 5, Block 3 SAINT LUCIE -^-ARDENS recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 35 of the St. Lucie County Public Records, • the terminus of said access road being 450 feet Northerly of the Southwesterly corner of said N } Lot 5,~ Block 3. All lying and being in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement of ingress and egress hereby created unto Grantees, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns. It is understood that said easement is given upon the express under- standing and condition that the same may be used by Grantor, its personal representatives and assigns in conjunction with the use of Grantees, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns, and, furthermore, that, should Grantor or its assigns, wish to subdivide any portion of the lands involved in the aforementioned easement, Grantor or its assigns shall have I j the right to do so, so long as they provide Grantees continuous and un- interrupted access to the lands of Grantees from the public road network E of St. Lucie County, Florida, or any municipality located therein, it being ~ the intention of the parties hereto that the lands owned by Grantees in the N} of Lot 5, Block 3, Section 2, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, according to the plat of ST.
