their continuous access by roads in the subdivision and/or this easement
to the lands of Grantees mentioned above.
It is further understood and that Grantor and its assigns will be
in no way bound to improve, maintain or construct a roadway or to keep the
same in repair; nor does Grantor~or its assigns assume any liability or
responsibility to Grantees, their heirs, personal representatives or assigns,
or any person using saki sand by invitatian €xFressed or implied, or by any

business conducted with Grantees, their heirs, legal representatives or i
assigns.
if once used for that purpose, the easement is abandoned or dis-
' continued for use as ingress and egress, then unless the same has been
dedicated to the public as a public highway, title shall revert to the
Grantor.
~IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents to be
executed in its name, and~its corporate seal to be affixed hereunto by its
