Dle Mortgagors further agree to pay all tax, assessments, and
utilities that may be levied and assessed against i;he property
- herein, .subsequent to the date hereof, and agree that if the
Mortgagor shall fail to keep the property insured or to pay any
premiums or pay ta~oes, assessments, or utilities, then the
Mortgagor, if it so elects, may pay the same, and the
arowlt so paid shall be secured•by this Mortgage, and repaid
{ with interest by the Mortgagor within fifteen (15) days after
the rec:ipt by the Mlortgagor by writt~( notice thereof .

the Note secured hereby in this Mortgage.

first Nbrtgage shall be deemed a default of-the Note secured
hereby and of this Mortgage. Mortgagee, if it so elects, ,
mar pay any and alI payn~nts, c3larges, interest, late c~larges,
and other fees Mich may accrue upon any default of
the first Nbrtgage, and suds amotmt so paid shall be secured ~
by this Mortgage, and repaid with interest at the rate
