run South 82 feet, parallel to the West line of said Lot 60, for
the Point of Bea-ginningg; thence run Southerly 23 feet, parallel to
the West line of Lot 60; thence Easterlq 134 feet more or less to -
the West bank of the St. Lucie River; thence meandering the West
bank of the St. Lucie River 25 feet more or less. to a point 133
feet East of the point of beginning; thence Westerly 133 feet
more or less, parallel with the North line of said Lot 60, to the
Point of Beginning.
