The Mortgagors covenant and agree to comply with all the terms and

January 13, 1978 and recorded in 0. R. Book 280, page 2416, in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Mortgagors covenant
_ ~=1 and agree that they will not permit or suffer any default in respect ~
