manner as a mortgage.
The~folldwing activities or uses, which are not inclu-
sive, shall be considered a nuisance for the purposes of this
declaration: The keeping of horses, cattle, swipes, goats,
poultry, or other 3ive5Coc;~ or fowl; the installation of -
clothes lines or drying yards; the installation of signs or
other advertising; drilling, quarrying, or mining operations.

10. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. No trucks and no commercial
vehicles of any type shall be stored or parked on any lot
(except while parked in an enclosed garage) or parked on any
residential street in the subdivision, except while engaging
in transporting to or from a residence in the subdivision.
11. WATER AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL. No individual water or
sewage-disposal system shall be permitted on any lot unless
such system is designed, located and constructed in accor-
dance with the requirements, standards, and recommendations
of applicable local and state health authorities. At such
time as any governmental authority shall require the install-
ation of sanitary sewers and water lines, the owners of prop-
erty in Platts Branch shall pay their portion or share
3 of the cost and expense of such installation. Each portion ,
~ or share will be computed by dividing the total number of
lots (a building site shall be counted as one (1) lot) served
by the sewer or water system into the total cost of such

system. All buildings must be connected to such sewer system
and water system, if any, as soon as constructed and there-
after further use of septic tanks or other sewage disposal
systems or household water systems shall be prohibited. ~

12. TERM. These covenants shall be binding on all
parties and persons claiming under them for a period of
