by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 15thday of July A. D. 19 77, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of ST. LUC I>;
State of Florida, in Official Record Book 2 71 Page 886 granted and conveyed
unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION and assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of

with interest as therein mentioned:
