upon the Wife's Motion for Contempt, and t~s Court having heard all

is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
L. That there is no contemptible behavior on the part of the
Husband.
2. That the Wife's Motion for Contenpt against the Husband is
hereby dismissed.

3. That from the date of hearing the Husband shall continue to
-pay his child support payments through the Clerk of this Court as
so stated in the original Final Judgement in the above styled cause
dated the 21st of November, 1979, by the Honorable Circuit Judge G.
Kendall Sh~u'p.
