HIATT, Respondend. O R D E R THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the-29th day of February, 1980, before this Court upon the Petition of LINDA D. HIATT, for tem- porary relief under her Petition for Alimony, Child Support, Child Custody and Restraining Order Without Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court finding that the Petition is sworn to, and the Gourt having heard the sworn testimony of the Petitioner, and the Court having examined the sworn Petition, and finding that based upon the testimony of the Petitioner that the Petitioner is financially unable to post a bond for a temporary restraining order and injunction without notice, and the Court further finding that based upon the testimony of the Peti- tioner, that the Petitioner is in fear for her physical safety and her life and for the safety and life of the minor child due to the violent nature of the Husband, CRAIG E. HIATT, and that the Wife is in fear that the Husband will attempt to remove the child from the child's school and will take the child out of the State of Florida and that the child's safety and life would be in jeopardy if the Husband did obtain custody of the child, and the Court further finding based upon the testimony of the Wife that the Wife does not know the present whereabouts of the Husband, and the Court finding that it would be in the best interest of the child for this Court to enter a temporary Order, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: . -1- a~x326 P~~~1585
