- RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petitioner's, ANN S. AT'HANS,
Petition For An Order To Restrain An Abusive Spouse, without notice to
the Respondent husband, NICHOLAS P. AT'HANS.
Upon hearing the testimony of the Petitioner, ANN S. ATHANS, the Court
finds that the injury feared by the Petitioner will be dor_e if an
immediate remedy is not afforded, and therefore, it is
ADJUDGED:
1) That Respondent, NICHOLAS P. ATHANS, is restrained from
coming onto the property of the Petitioner, which is located at
5701 Buchanan Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida; and
2) That Respondent is restraine3 from coming within one square
mile of said property; and-
l 3) That Respondent is restrained from coming to the Petitioner's
~ place of employment, which is Denny's Hair Styling, Montery Plaza, Stuart,
or from coming within one square mile of said place of employment; and
4) That should the Respondent be found on or about said residential
property or place of employment, the Respondent shall be automatically
picked up and arrested by the Sheriff's Department; such arrest shall be
authorized without the necessity of the Petitioner having to file a
formal complaint with the Sheriff's Department;
5) That this Or shall be effective when the Petitioner files
a bond of $ , to owed by the Clerk conditioned to
day the Respondent all costs and dames t he ,overs because of
the issuance of this restraining order;
