TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

This cause coming on to be heard on February 29, 1980
without notice on that part of the Husband's Motion for Restrain-

ing Order seeking to restrain and enjoin the Wife from removing #
the minor children pending a hearing herein and the Court being ~
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife, Nima L. Safranski Roenig, shall E
not remove the minor children, Laura C. Safranski and Stan M.
Safranski, from the residence of the Husband, Stanley Albert
Safranski, 3224 West Lake Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida pending a
hearing herein to be held on March 21, 1980 at 11:00 a.m. in
the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of
Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Husband
as may be necessary in insuring the Wife's compliance with this
Order without further order of this Court.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 29th day of February,
1980.
