BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally -
appeared BERTHA M. KERCHNER, who upon first being duly sworn,
• did depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving .spouse of CHARLES
H. KERCHNER who departed this life on November 22, 1979.
Z. That she and the said CHARLES H. KERCHNER were the
Grantees in that certain Warranty Deed of conveyance executed
by Viorena H. Stetson a/k/a Viorena L. Stetson, and Frank K.
Stetson, Sr., John Frank Stetson and Mary Stetson and Frank K.
-Stetson, Jr. and Jacqeline Stetson, dated January 24, 1950,
recorded in Deed Book 154, page 512, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above-described real
property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
BERTHA M. KERCHNER was married to the said CHARLES H. KERCHNER
and that said marital relationship continued without interrup-

tion until the death of the said CHARLES H. KERCHNER.
Further, affiant sayeth not.
